We are a small family homestead in southern Missouri. We raise Berkshire hogs for our own consumption and to work the rocky ground of our property. Our hogs are allowed to free range in pasture and light forest. They are never given steroids, hormones or vaccines. We try to avoid antibiotics unless natural methods do not seem to be working and we fear for the health of the animal. On occasion we have some of this premium pork available for purchase.
